Brad Hess is a 3rd generation auctioneer in the Hess family and earned his license in 1991. He obtained his real estate sales license in 1994 and has been very successful in marketing real estate, both private treaty as a real estate agent and as an auctioneer. Brad has received the Ohio Realtors Association Presidents Club Award for selling over $1M in real estate every year for the last 24 years and various years for over $2.5 million. In 2025 received award of Pinnacle Performance for selling over $14,000,000. Brad was named champion at the Ohio Auctioneer Bid Caller in 1995. He and his wife, Kim have 2 boys, Bricen (wife Kaitlyn) & Caden. They have been married for 29 years and reside in Buford on their family farm.
