
Brad Hess
Brad Hess is a third-generation auctioneer in the Hess family, earning his auctioneer’s license in 1991. He went on to obtain his real estate sales license in 1994 and has built a highly successful career marketing real estate, both private treaty as an agent and as an auctioneer.
Brad was named champion at the Ohio Auctioneer Bid Caller in 1995. Brad has received the Ohio Realtors Association Presidents Club Award for selling over $1M in real estate every year for the last 24 years and various years for over $2.5 million. In 2025, he received the award of Pinnacle Performance for selling over $14,000,000.
He and his wife, Kim have 2 boys, Bricen (wife Kaitlyn) & Caden. They have been married for 29 years and reside in Buford on their family farm. Together, the family operates Hess Family Cattle, raising high-quality show steers and heifers sold across the United States. In addition, Brad serves as a cattle auctioneer for United Producers Livestock in Hillsboro, Ohio and Owenton, Kentucky, and auctions vehicles weekly for ADESA Auto Auction.

Glenn Hess
Glenn Hess began his career in the auction business in 1967, following in the footsteps of his father, Dannie Hess, and working in the family business. In 1977, he earned his real estate sales license and has since enjoyed a long and successful career selling real estate through both private treaty and auction.
Glenn has earned the Ohio Board of Realtors Presidents Club Award numerous times for achieving over $1 million in annual sales, including the years 1999–2001, 2003–2013, and 2015–2023. In 2014, he received special recognition for surpassing $2.5 million in real estate sales. In 2025, Glenn sold over 9.3 Million Dollars in Real Estate.
With decades of hands-on experience, Glenn brings broad knowledge and expertise across all facets of the auction industry.
Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame Inductee
After more than 50 years doing the work he loves, Glenn Hess was recently honored by his peers with induction into the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame. This prestigious recognition reflects a lifetime of dedication to the auction profession. Making the honor even more special, Glenn follows in the footsteps of his father, Dannie Hess, who was inducted in 2008—creating a rare and meaningful father-son Hall of Fame legacy.

Caden Hess
Caden Hess received his apprentice licence in the fall of 2021 and his auctioneer license in the fall of 2022. Caden graduated from Lynchburg-Clay High school in 2019 & Southern State College with an Ag Production associates degree in 2020. Caden has been around the auction business for years and is the 4th generation Hess to join the company. He auctioneers United Producers Stockyards in Gallipolis, OH, weekly. John Grover
John Grover is a lifelong resident of the Marshall community in Highland County, Ohio. In 1979, John received his auctioneer’s incense and has continued ever since. John joined Hess Auction Co. LLC in 1986 and has been an associate since. John is married and has one son and two daughters.
